Although the Control Rings are durable beyond three patient sessions, we recommend these protocols to maintain the utmost degree of hygiene and safety. These recommendations reflect best practices and align with industry standards for non-invasive, external-use medical accessories.
Single-Use vs. Multi-Use
Single-Use (Recommended)
- For optimal hygiene and convenience, we recommend single-use of the Control Ring.
- Dispose of the ring after a single session to maintain the highest cleanliness standards.
- Follow local medical waste disposal regulations when discarding used Control Rings if they remain attached to your syringe.
Multi-Use (Validated for Up to 5 Uses)
- If reuse is necessary, Control Rings can be safely cleaned and disinfected for up to three uses.
- Follow the cleaning instructions below to ensure proper hygiene and performance.
Cleaning Instructions
Step 1: Rinse
- Rinse the ring under warm (not hot) water after use.
- Remove any visible residue or debris.
Step 2: Disinfect

- 70% Alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol or Isopropyl Alcohol)
- Diluted Bleach (1 part bleach to 9 parts water)

- Dispatch® with Bleach – EPA-registered cleaner suitable for sensitive materials.

Option 2: Wipe Method
- Use alcohol wipes or medically approved disinfecting wipes.
- Ensure all surfaces, including crevices, are thoroughly cleaned.
Step 3: Rinse and Dry
- Rinse off any remaining disinfectant with warm water.
- Allow the ring to air dry completely or pat it dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Store in a clean, sealed container until next use.
Maintenance and Replacement Tips
- Maximum Usage Limit: Use the Control Ring for no more than five sessions before replacing it.
- Inspect Before Use: Check for discoloration or loss of fit. If the ring no longer clicks securely into place or has a loose connection, discard and replace it.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use hydrogen peroxide concentrations above recommended levels or strong acids, as they may damage the material.
- Durability Note: While the Control Rings are designed to last beyond three sessions, adhering to these protocols prioritizes hygiene and performance over extended durability.

I love having a single-handed aspiration. I think it’s a lot safer because having to move your hand away and then put it back, likely changes the tip of the needle.

Love my control ring. I’m a newer injector and have small hands and this allows me to have better control of the plunger so that I’m always ready to inject or aspirate at the exact moment I need to. Instead of thumbing around for the other end of the syringe, I’ve got it attached to me so it’s one less thing I need to keep eyes on. I would love to show you the use of these Control Rings "in action" but... I use them for Trimix injections so those photos would not be appropriate. Aside of that, they work great and you should also advertise that these Control Rings work very, very well with administrating these mens health injections due to the fact that you have to asperate some blood into the syringe to ensure that you are entered into the corpus cavernosum. These really do work very well. There is "NOTHING" made commercially at all! An addition of two more rings or a bar at the syringe top would also help as well.

I have not had a chance to use the product yet, however, my five star review is based on the customer service. I was not aware that versa came in two different size syringes and when I ordered the 10 pack, the company automatically sent me both versions of the adapter ring so that I would have a working product either way. Fantastic product, a must have device that makes life easier and safer
I've tried a few of these types of devices, and usually they are awkward and distracting to use. Constantly adjusting them is a distraction. The best compliment I can give, is that I only think about the k ring when it's not there. Every injector should use these for safety and convenience.

I had ordered a set of rings, but I am in Canada, and I believe that the syringes up here may be slightly different than in the United States. As a result, my ring didn’t fit my syringes, But the team was quick to resolve the issue and sent me the correct rings! Amazing customer service, and now I have the right product!
