Return Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs perfectly. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we've crafted our return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

Product Fit Concerns:

If you find that the product you've purchased doesn't quite fit your requirements, especially in the case of our Control Rings not fitting your syringes as expected, we're here to help.

Replacement Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can do this by sending us an email at KA.RingsAesthetic@gmail.com

  2. Explain the Issue: Provide a brief explanation of the issue you're facing, particularly regarding the fit of the control ring with the syringe or unexpected failure of the device. Your feedback is invaluable to us.

  3. Send a Video or Photo: We encourage you to take a clear video or photo of the Control Ring and syringe showcasing the compatibility issue. This helps us understand the problem better and ensures a quicker resolution.

  4. Replacement Options: Once we receive your message and video/photo, our team will assess the situation promptly. If the product is incompatible with the intended syringe, we'll be happy to offer you a refund or replacement with another product of your interest upon return of the purchased product.  Please note, our products are custom-tailored for their intended syringes only. 

  5. Stay Updated: In some cases, our products may undergo redesigns to address certain concerns with manufacturer design changes to your preferred syringe brand. If this is the case with the product you've purchased, we appreciate your patience. We'll keep you informed about the redesign progress and send you a replacement package as soon as it's ready.  **In such a case, we would love to work with you by having you send us the syringe that did not work for you.  We'll pay for shipping!

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The request for a replacement must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • We request returns of the product on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Please provide a clear photo and/or video of the syringe showcasing the compatibility issue.
