  • KA Designs Control Rings are designed as non-sterile, external-use accessories to enhance syringe functionality during injection procedures.
  • Products are intended for professional use only by licensed practitioners or trained medical professionals.
  • Users must inspect each product prior to use and follow the cleaning protocols outlined in our Cleaning and Maintenance Guide.
  • Products are not FDA-approved medical devices but are manufactured using FDA-compliant materials and aligned with CDC guidelines for non-invasive tools.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • KA Designs assumes no liability for misuse, failure to follow cleaning protocols, or improper handling of our products.
  • Cleaning and disinfection methods outlined in our guide reduce contamination risk but do not guarantee sterility.
  • Users assume all risks associated with cleaning, maintenance, and reuse beyond the recommended 3-session limit.
  • In no event shall KA Designs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and associated payment gateways. We do not store credit card information.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes as applicable by law.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds may be granted in cases of manufacturing defects or other exceptional circumstances reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers must contact admin@karingdesigns.com for assistance and provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
