Loving this new design! Got one at the Aesthetic Next conference and ordered 4 more for the office a few days after we arrived home. The shipment arrived and to my surprise they had updated it a little. The feet on the bottom makes sure the product is not going to move! Love these new additions!

Fantastic product, a must have device that makes life easier and safer
I've tried a few of these types of devices, and usually they are awkward and distracting to use. Constantly adjusting them is a distraction.
The best compliment I can give, is that I only think about the k ring when it's not there.
Every injector should use these for safety and convenience.

I had ordered a set of rings, but I am in Canada, and I believe that the syringes up here may be slightly different than in the United States. As a result, my ring didn’t fit my syringes, But the team was quick to resolve the issue and sent me the correct rings! Amazing customer service, and now I have the right product!

It sounds like there might have been a little mix-up with the syringe model. Our device is designed specifically for the newer RHA models with a rubberized plunger, and it looks like this might not be the best match for the syringes you have.

I am an injector and it’s very difficult for me to aspirate. I have small hands and am still new to injecting. Worth every penny will keep them in stock

I absolutely LOVE every single control ring I have! It has seriously changed my injectable game! I have feel like the rings allow me to have so much more control over my needle and plunger now! Where before I would shake like crazy! I aspirate with ease now! I randomly stumbled upon KA designs on a FB group and I’m soo glad I did!
