Our Story ❤️
Alyssa, an ER nurse turned aesthetic injector, was working with a boxer’s fracture—making one-handed aspiration harder than it should be. David, her partner in life and in craft, built the first Control Ring for her hand alone.
We didn’t set out to start a company. We set out to solve a problem. And in doing so, we found that other injectors were waiting for the same answer.
Our backgrounds—nurse, engineer, artist, musician—taught us that the best tools don’t get in the way. They feel like they’ve always been part of your hand. Every Control Ring starts from that belief: intuitive, balanced, and built for the way you already work.
What began at one kitchen table now lives in practices across the country. And every new design we make still begins the same way: by listening to injectors, and creating tools that let them do their best work.

David designs KADE’s tools with the same precision he once brought to Trauma and Neuro ICU care—where the smallest detail could change everything. He’s equal parts engineer, problem-solver, and creative, approaching each design as an extension of the injector’s hand. For David, great tools disappear and become part of you.
